Alexander Zonjic is both the leading concert promoter in Michigan and also an accomplished flutist. Alexander talks about his dual careers, and he and Robert do a Songfest featuring songs by Jethro Tull, Herbie Mann and AZ himself.

Robert calls Alexander Zonjic the “Bill Graham of Michigan”. He is the leading concert promoter in Michigan responsible for many festivals and concerts. Alexander is also an accomplished flutist with a new album called “Playing It Forward”. Alexander and Robert do another Songfest in the middle of the episode focusing on the flute, with Jethro Tull, Herbie Mann and one of Alex’s new songs.

Robert’s featured song in this episode is “Flat Busted”, from Project Grand Slam’s 2012 album, Spring Dance. Robert chose this song because it features a flute as the lead instrument.
